I love dance! I wish I started dance sooner! I think it’s a great time to just empty your mind and dance, make new friends, and visit old friends.
The first time I met my teacher, Miss Brynn, she was so kind and sweet to me and my sister and brother. She taught us a great dance! Every time I was in her classroom it felt bright and happy. We always had a fun time in class, even if I’d had a bad day. When we started working on a dance for recital, it became even more fun.
The first time I performed, I felt scared and excited at the same time! To see so many people come to support me made me so happy because I got to show off my hard work to everyone. I love for everyone to have a good time, so when I performed, I tried to do my best.
All the teachers I’ve had have been nice, thoughtful, and kind. When I started lyrical, I was scared, but the first class was awesome! So have been all my other classes. I can’t wait to perform this year. I just LOVE dance so much. Soooooo much!
