During Open Studio, you will have a beautiful opportunity to introduce your child to dance while enjoying quality time bonding with them. Learning together through creative self-expression and the exploration of movement and dance will create lasting memories for both you and your kiddo.

Dancer who are young (18 months to 5 years)
Parents who want bonding time with their children
Dancers who are too nervous being in a classroom without their parent
For any family with young kiddos that want bonding time
Dancers who want an introduction to being in a dance class, need a transition class, or an addition to their Jump Start class.
During Open Studio dancers and their caregivers (and siblings too!) are welcome to this exciting, nurturing, and creative space. During open studio we will work on the concepts of action, space, tempo, sizes, levels, body parts and pathways. We will have all types of music, games and props!

$40/month auto-deducted from your account, so you don’t have to remember to pay another bill. Families enrolled in other dance classes at SDA receive a 20% discount on Open Studio.

Come a little early or stay a little later and you can get yourself a free cup of coffee by the office and connect to our wifi. We have a lobby with books and toys to entertain your little one!
